Warranty Policy

  • Coverage: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the Bluetooth earphone during normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Warranty is valid for the products purchased from Authorized sellers only.
  • Duration: The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty is valid only for Bluetooth Earphone and does not cover any accessories or consumables; such as ear tips or charging cables.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorized modification. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or fading. This warranty does not cover any physical and/or electrical damage resulting from Overcharging, use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty Repairs has to be carried out by Sieben Service centres only, the warranty will be void if the product has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than authorized technicians.
  • Claim Process: To claim the warranty, the customer must contact the Brand through Mail / Website form within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. The Brand will provide instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement.
  • Repair or Replacement: The Brand will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Bluetooth earphone. If the product is no longer available, the Brand may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
  • Shipping and Handling: The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for returning the product to the Brand. The Brand will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. If product has been shipped to Brand and later found out that the product is not valid for warranty claim or customer raises false warranty claim request, the customer has to pay the return shipping charge.
  • Limitation of Liability: The Brand’s liability is limited to the cost of the product. The Brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
  • Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
  • Entire Agreement: This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the Brand and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
  • Modification: The Brand reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time without notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Brand’s website.
  • Once the warranty claim requests have been raised by the customers; Brand has the rights to contact the customers regarding any communication about their warranty claims.
  • The Sieben Support team shall reserve to right to final decision for all potential warranty claims for service and replacement or same colour preference (depending upon stock availability).
